Toshiba 1Tb Hdd suddenly ask me to format

my Toshiba 1TB hard disk suddenly ask me to format:if i format i will lose my file if any one i have idea how to fix this problem.

Hi there Yosef Andarge,

Your drive may have damaged partitions. You can see whether this is the case if you go to Disk Management(it may appear as unallocated). This can be the result of unsafe ejection.
One thing you can try is to use some partition recovery software. There are quite a lot of threads on that in the forum.
