No word on how much RAM? Though 2gb seems most likely.

Low end but serviceable seeming product, decent price point. Hopefully performs better than Iconia W3. With full Windows 8 tablets costing around $300, we'd better see RT tablets sub $250 soon. RT is fine as an OS but not if they price it like Windows 8 machines.
