Toshiba C655D-S5332 has spells where it will work. And other times it has bsod back to back on boot. It goes to where windows logo(7) then bsod restarts. Getting pretty annoying cant even get sysinfo to post right now(using phone)

are any of the errors the following?
WHEA UNcorrectablle Error
Machine Check exception
Clock Watchdog Timeout

those are hardware errors.

Almost everything else is either windows messing up or drivers

try making this on another PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/ - that will let you copy files off PC if the problem is windows, and if it doesn't work, might point out a hardware problem

you can download the win 7 installer here if you don't have one now: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows7 - might be a handy boot drive if nothing else

does it crash if you try to load safe mode? try booting off the win 7 installer and see if you can get into safe mode.

If you can, it might help if you can upload the memory.dump file to a file sharing web site and share link here
in safe mode, have a look in device manager and see if any unknown devices or warning signs

what BSOD are you getting?
