Question Toshiba C655 Power on, then off ,then again on

From last few days ,when i plugged my laptop in to power socket and press laptop power button , laptop power on, then after 2 second it power off automatically ,then again after 3 second it power back on automatically and it works fine from here on , i don't know what is the problem , i did many things to check, like : take out the battery and power on, with no change, n i did the same with RAM , HDD and CD Rom but no change . laptop details: Toshiba C655 S5212.

Take out the battery, unplug from the wall socket and press down on the power button for 30 seconds and see if that changes your issue after reconnecting to the wall socket.

You might want to remove the ram and clean the contacts with an eraser.
