Toshiba c660 built-in mouse and flush drive malfunction

How do i get the built-in mouse pad and flush drive to work again

Depends on how/when/why it ended up not working. Need some details. I'm guessing you mean "flash" drive, do other USB devices work? If the touchpad is not working it may be disabled in the BIOS, disabled in Windows options, unplugged or lose on the motherboard or simply broken.
