Toshiba Canvio Desk external drive problems

hello! My external drive doesn't seem to want to work. I checked both of the cables (SS to USB and the AC adapter) to see if they weren't broken, and they work just fine. (power is also going into the thing itself, apparently). When I plug the drive in, the indicator light doesn't turn on, and the disc doesn't spin. I've tested this with multiple computers, and the same thing happens.

This is especially strange, since it worked fine a couple of days ago. I didn't drop it or give it anything other than normal use, so I'm pretty lost. Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

The light does not on, it must be power issue. Did you try to change the power cable? If the cable has two usb connector, one of them is power connector, so connect both usbs to computer will help.
