Toshiba dual monitors issue

I have a Toshiba Satelite and connected a 2nd monitor and selected extended but same screen shows on both monitors.

for sure the 2nd monitor will show the same wallpaper that you use in the main display, but for windows 10 usually the difference is the cortana only shown as logo, no search box. and usually the 2nd display desktop will only be blank and the shortcut that you put in the desktop only show at the main 1st screen(except if you already change the settings)
