Toshiba Encore wt10-a Recovery Partition Please? :)

Hi all, I was given a toshiba encore tablet by my friend because he deleted the recovery partition trying to install linux to it. I installed a fresh copy of 8.1 x32 from a flashdrive, but now the touch screen drivers aren't working. The touch screen works perfectly in bios, so it's not a hardware issue. I know it's a pretty uncommon tablet, but if anyone happens to have one that works, I'd really appreciate a copy of the recovery partition so I can restore it.

It's simply a driver issue, go to the toshiba website and download the drivers for your model. Just watch out though, toshiba site is a mess and it's hard to see all the drivers (http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=1200008497) make sure to get only the newest for your OS version
