Toshiba Encore Wt8-a-102 how to decrease brightness or turn off backlight ?

Current lowest setting brightness is to much for my eyes during night 🙁
I tried find answer but I no manage find it 🙁

It seems on the latest BIOS version, you can't really turn down the brightness on that thing very far. You can check in the Windows display options if there is a brightness tab but from other forum questions, that still it too bright.
