Toshiba external drive - Deleted backup software

I purchased a Toshiba external drive with NTI EZ backup. I had to reinstall my window 10 and I forgot to save the backup software. How can I restore the backup software? and if I cannot can I use the external drive with Windows backup software?

You can use Windows 10 File History to do your backups to the external drive, or I like to use the Windows 7 backup and restore which is included with Windows 10. Search for Backup or go to Settings > Update and Security > Backup and you will see File History and below that Go To Backup and Restore (Windows 7).
