toshiba failing to boot

I really need help ugerntly!I can't open my Toshiba laptop using my bios password,it says password wrong but m 100% sure of my password.then I tried to return it to factory default and I failed now it can't start it says no bootable device--please restart system.any one with idea pliz e-mail REDACTED - SS
