Toshiba Fan Noise: should I replace it?

Hey, everyone!

I've got a Toshiba Satellite E55T-A5320 and the fan is making some weird noises.

I would like to know if you think it could be hitting against something or if I should replace it.

Normal usage temperatures are around 40-50C, but you can definitely hear the fan working at those temperatures.

I've got no experience with laptops and I'm being quoted $80 for a replacement. I found it a bit expensive, considering the price of the computer. Could I do it myself?

have u open it up and see if there is any dust stuck on the blade?however it sounds like a problem with the bearing,
