Toshiba Flash Cards Utility - No download?

So I recently deleted Toshiba's Flash Card Utility from my All-in-One LX835-D3203 PC, and quickly realized it was a mistake. I was unable to change the brightness of the display using the F2 and F3 keys. I tried going on the Toshiba support page to redownload the software, but the website seems to be out of date. After inputting my serial number and then asked for my operating system, Windows 10 Home is NOT an option. Furthermore, even if I put Windows 8.1, the Toshiba Flash Card Utility is not present in the entire list of software. I've tried looking through forums, but could not find a single download page or another person with similar issues. Downloads of the Toshiba Flash Card Utility from other websites are also outdated and not for Windows 10 (if they even are safe). Please, if possible, HELP ME!


P.S. I can't even change the display brightness in the windows display options for some reason. Yes, I am on the latest version of Windows.
