Toshiba l650-1TU won´t charge but works in battery

Hi,i have a Toshiba l650-1TU and it was working fine until one day it stops charging the battery,iv tested the input in motherboard and is fine,the battery is fine to,iv conected a similar battery on the motherboard and it starts to working but when i plug the charger nothing happen,no lights,nothing.Somebody help plz?

the Charger is the same as my other toshiba that works fine,the charger is good so is the battery.

The charger is good,the jack iv another iv tested and the same prob,i thnink is something in the circuit,dont know what.iv the motherboard on my hand and i connected a battery with same voltage and it works,but with a GOOD charger is not working and not charging :/
