Just go to the bottom of page 59 and it will show you the options you have to do a recovery. If you don't have a way to view the pdf press and hold the 0 key and turn on the laptop to start the recovery process, next select your os 32 bit or 64bit and finally Out of Box state. If this doesn't work you'll need the recovery disks for your laptop which you can order from Toshiba, I believe they're like $30.
