Hello: I have a Toshiba HD out of an Acer laptop that I would like to use as a spare HD...It is model HDD2H03, 160gb...The contacts are arranged as follows:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx and 4 pins xxxx

I know there are cables out there that would allow me to plug the drive into either a USB port or a port on a desktop, but I have no idea how to begin to find the correct one...I would sure appreciate any assistance! Thanks a lot...

I assume your drive has a connector that looks like the SATA drive below? If so, then something like this should work: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?item=n82e16817182140 I don't know if this is a particularly good enclosure, but it's the first thing that came up on Newegg in a search for "2.5 usb sata enclosure"
