Question Toshiba laptop has a problem

Hi! I have a problem with my toshiba laptop. I powered it up, it passes the toshiba logo and then tries to boot, but the laptop enters the boot menu automatically. Then i tried through the boot menu to boot everything and it failed. Is it a problem woth the hdd or the motherboard?

If it is a problem with the hdd, it’s not a big deal, cuz i can change it with a ssd, but if is a problem with the motherboard, then there is a problem
