toshiba laptop storage

i just got a new Toshiba satellite laptop c40 c and its storage only 28gb and cant add a new hard drive, and the new windows 10 needs at least 4 gb free storgae which i dont have ?

What kind of hard drive is it? There should be no reason that you only have 28GB of space at all unless you purchased the laptop from an alternate source. To find what kind of hard drive it is, right click on the hardrive under "Windows Explorer" and choose properties. If you can, get a screenshot and link us to it.
