Hi there, my wireless connection has stopped working. I have a Toshiba equium M50-216 with windows XP S3 installed. The ethernet connection appears to work ok just the wireless connection has stopped. I have reset the the Thomson router and the wireless light appears on it. I have checked device manager, ensured wireless zero configuration is enabled, reset Winsock and TCP/IP in the command prompt but nothing seems to work. When I try to view all wireless networks, no networks appear. When click 'repair' wireless connection the message box says following action cannot be completed 'connecting to wireless network'. Toshiba connectivity doctor says 'IP address was not set properly (c19) but when I press apply to refresh the device the problem is not solved.

Try going into device manager and removing the wireless device and delete the driver if prompted.

Download the latest drivers and reinstall the wireless card and go from there.
