I would agree with Laptop_Nerd, you may need to reinstall Windows.
In case you have some data stored on the drive though, you need to use some data recovery tool for DOS mode: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/267999-32-recover-data-mode
Just boot up from a flash drive or a CD and access the files that you need.
If reinstalling Windows 10 will not work and will just give your the same result as before I would consider replacing the HDD since it can be faulty already.
