Question Toshiba M1150-S1061 video issues

Hello so I have been having a quite annoying issue, Yes I know this laptop old but I mainly use it for a network hotspot and sometimes I use it to watch dvds on it. The issue I am experiencing is that video drivers (It has a xpress 200m) it will not load no matter what I'm pretty much stuck with the wdm xpress 200m drivers that is ok but I would really like to have the real drivers. This Laptop is running Vista Business 32bit and was running xp but I was having that same issues before where when I tried to install the latest and it will say device not detected, I even tried updating the bios but same issue. At this point I am confused because I had never had this much issue installing a driver on a laptop, that should for sure work.

Drivers are from laptop maker's website? (drivers from elsewhere eg. direct from ATI/AMD website may not be compatible).
