my laptop recognize the external hard disk Apollo M100 Imation hard disk. But the problem i cannot see the files stored in my external hard disk.. I cannot even see the external hard disk on my computer..

Can anyone help me..

Do you see it in disk management ?

Is device manager reporting any error ?
