Portège Z930 bought in Switzerland, Windows 7

I have been having several blue screens per day for the last week or so. (This laptop was bought in Nov 2013.) Toshiba support for Europe is utterly useless - there is no product support online whatsoever.

I have updated my Intel Wifi driver, but the problem continues. I have also de-activated the power management options that would enable the device to sleep to save power, on ALL my network adapters.

I installed whoCrashed.exe, and it was from this utility that I got a heads up about the wireless driver.

Anyone else come across a solution to this problem?

Hah! Been there, done that. As Switzerland is part of Europe geographically, but not politically, when I enter my serial number, I get told to move on to the Swiss portal, which is nothing but a marketing brag-fest with ONE EMAIL ADDRESS for all problems encountered. Try it sometime. Useless.
