Toshiba restore disk

Hello, i need to make a restore dc for my computer. i just when on toshiba and they want $25.00 for a disk to be sent to me. Is there somewhere esle I could get the disk cheaper?

Well, if you can still boot the computer into windows, there is a program that will burn the discs for you. Usually under Start menu>Toshiba>Toshiba disc creator.
