Toshiba S55 from Costco used/refurbished?

Hey everyone. i just got a Toshiba S55 from Costco. Under the Windows directory there are several different install dates for the software. I was wondering if this might mean it was a returned laptop?

A big chung of items were created 8/22/13, but also 9/5/13, and 11/24/13. Then it jumps to 4/8/14, 4/9/14, 8/18/14, 10/28/14...and * bought the laptop on 11/22/14 so of course there's stuff from 11/22 and 11/23. It's not marked refurbished in any obvious places and I payed full price for it.
