Toshiba satalite L50

Hi folks.i accidently switched off my laptop.when it was in the process of going back to a restore point.durin rewriting the registry stage.all I got when it came on was Toshiba logo and start-up.and a black screen after this.i have gone into system restore and am in the process of going back to a earlier restore point.but it seems to have got stuck on.finalising system restore.its been on this for 12hours now..could someone please help

You may need to do a clean setup of Windows to fix this.

this laptop came with recovery driver and os use them to restore it .
