Toshiba Satellite a505-s6985 CPU/GPU Upgrades?

Okay guys, looking to breathe a bit of life into my old system. The CPU in it currently is a core 2 duo T6600 @2.2ghz socket p (478) 45nm, anyone know what options i'd have moving up if any? AS for the gpu i'm sure that's far less likely so i'll leave that be unless someone knows otherwise.

In MOST case these days cpu is not up-gradable in a laptop. SSD would be the ideal upgrade! Might be possible but would not suggest it.
