Some are soldered but some have a real socket inside and can be replaced. Back in the day i swapped my celeron socket 478 to the T9400 and was a massive game changer.
Now i don't know for sure.. my new laptop has the SSD and RAM embedded in the MB with no physical stick so i bet the CPU is at least soldered.
By the looks of various boards for your laptop, the cpu appears to be the soldered type.
Not impossible to replace but difficult and costly enough to buy a new laptop instead.
