Toshiba Satellite C55-A5300 graphics card upgrade?

I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-A5300 that I bought last year (on a budget), and it's pretty good overall for the price. I upgraded to 8 gigabytes of ram to help improve performance, and it does, slightly. However, there is a lot of demand on the graphics card (I've heard before that it's integrated into the cpu, I'm not entirely sure) and I'm wondering if I could upgrade to a better card or improve it somehow without replacing it. Also, if someone could provide a list of compatible cards, that'd be great. I've been looking all over the internet and haven't found anything useful. I already have it at it's "high performance" setting, and it doesn't do much better than on normal mode. Thanks.

it's a laptop correct? The graphics on most laptops can not be upgraded.

Yeah it is, I figured as such. I'm planning on buying a desktop soon, anyways. Thanks.
