toshiba satellite c660-1cc no sound

hello guys i have a laptop toshiba satellite c660-1cc and i can't install the audio drivers.i tried to install the drivers from toshiba website but nothing.
i tried some random drivers but still nothing
windows shows that speakers are ok but no sound from nowhere.
i pluged headphones no sound again...
please help

Does everything look okay in Device Manager, including all sound devices under "Sound, video & game controllers"?
No error symbols anywhere in Device Manager?

Have you by any chance changed the Windows version from the factory pre-installed version?

i figured out the problem my sound card was dead! i bought n external one via usb
