Toshiba satellite c850 cannot reboot after install windows

i buy toshiba satellite c850 without os.. when i install windows its run normal but after the installation i cannot boot my laptop is only flashing the toshiba logo.. i tried to try all the things plss... help asap..

when installing win 7 and reach partition select
remove all partition
then creat new
fromat it
then instal it

reaches till partition select
i have only 1 primary drive
tried with format also
still no progress
any help?
