Toshiba Satellite c850 not does not boot from USB. first boot device is usb and usb normally detected but in boot menu not detected. USB is ok and boot on another notebook. pls i want to boot from usb.
You need to check in the BIOS to see that USB Legacy Support is enabled. Without that, the USB ports have no power until the operating system cuts in. That said, it would be a mystery if that setting had been changed since it last worked for you.
when i press F12 its shows the boot menu where usb boot is first option but it didnt detect any usb even usb normally work or boot with other laptop. i tried with 4 different usbs all of them not detect.
How did you make the USB stick a bootable device? If you used Rufus and added a working download of, say, a Linux or Windows system, it should have worked.
It's clear that the BIOS isn't recognising a valid bootable system on that stick and passes on to the next option.
Yes i use Rufus and the USB is working with another notebooks and I use different USBs all not detected in my Toshiba but detected in another notbooks.
