Missing the Ethernet controller driver, unable to find the driver in the factory website. NEED help please.

Found plenty of drivers on the Toshiba site: http://support.toshiba.com/support/modelHome?freeText=3520528&osId=31

I already check there and they didn't have the Ethernet controller driver

Check the "Network" box. There are no less than 4 drivers and a patch listed.

Unless, of course, you're trying to run an OS that's not on the support list, in which case you would have to go to the OEM and see what, if any drivers are available for your hardware.
