Hiiiii,
Im currently in the process of looking at fixing a Toshiba Satellite for a woman at work.
When using the laptop, it logs in fine although its a little slow its nothing different to what you would expect from a laptop thats just over a year old.
The problem is, when browsing the internet or doing anything, after a random amount of time it just cuts out, literally, cuts out. It doesn't bring up the start windows normally error or enter safe mode etc, it boots back in to Windows as if it had been shut down normally.
Event logs say critical machine shut down unexpectedly bla bla bla nothing more than that, also the laptop does not create a crash dump file when it cuts out, no blue screen or anything.
I have never seen something like this and ive been working with laptops / desktops for about 5 years. I am assuming its motherboard but wanted some other opinions?
Thanks.
