So I recently got a new CPU for my laptop, thinking it would be fine, only to find out the CPU can't be replaced, because it's attached to the motherboard. I figure I got a part for my future desktop, but for now I need a way to get rid of the frame drop on my laptop. Is there anyway I can do this without buying a whole new motherboard? Thanks in advance!

The thing about laptops is this: either nothing can be replaced and what you get is what you get, or at the most you can only replace the memory or storage device. Only a VERY limited number of boutique laptops offer the ability to replace CPUs. Your only bet with that laptop is to continue to drop the settings as low as you can get them until the game is playable.
