Toshiba Satellite Laptop A205

Hello,
Satellite A205 will not start The blue power light is on with battery or AC, hard drive light comes on for a second, CD seems to start. HD light goes off and nothing happens. No screen, bios nothing except power light.

Have you tried re-seating your RAM?
