toshiba satellite nb10 bios password

we are a small computer business and customer has brought in a Toshiba Satellite NB10t-a thier kid set a bios or supervisor password and of course now its locked ...in past have just sourced or found the jumpers on motherboard to short out but no luck on this one so far....left unplugged and no battery or bios battery plugged in for weekend but still no luck :/ ... any ideas ?
