[SOLVED] toshiba satellite pro a50-e-11e usb-c to dell monitor P2720DC

I'm trying to connect my laptop toshiba satellite pro a50-e-11e usb-c to my new dell monitor P2720dc, but no power input to laptop (it is delivered by the monitor but it seems it'n not accepted by the laptop) and no video exits from laptop to monitor.

I haven't found anything at BIOS to activate.

Same cable USB-C from this dell monitor to other laptop (a dell laptop) go well: it delivers power and receives display signal from laptop)

May be this laptop doesn'n has video capacities in his usb-c exit?

It may well be that the laptop you are using it does not have video capability over USB C, if you look at the manual and specifications it will tell you.
