Toshiba satellite pro C-380 windows does not start.

i have a toshiba satellite pro and i can't start the Windows. Appears a grey screen, that changes with a black screen and nothing is going on.

Can you explain a bit more ? Did you just bought or it's at you from before ? If you bought it, is it new or used ? Does it show anything at start ? System information, logo, or anything before Windows ?
