Toshiba satellite recovery disks - windows 7

Hello . .I had to replace the hard drive. Have no recovery or windows disks. What do I need and where can I get it??

If you failed to create these when you first got the system, then your only real option is to contact Toshiba and hope your unit is recent enough that they still stock the recovery media.
