Question Toshiba satellite series laptop not turning ON

Hii all
I am using a toshiba satellite series touch laptop....my laptop was not responding and the desktop screen was freezed so I press and hold the power buttion for some time and it turned OFF.....now whenever i press power key its not turning ON and no light blinking ot glowing.....i tried to connect it to power source and charging indicator glows but its not turning ON.....Please help me out how to deal with this.

If the battery is removable, then remove it and hold power key for 15 seconds. Then connect, the battery and start the laptop and see. It can be a BIOS crash.
