Hello.

My laptop was stolen with all documents and I want to ask the police about this action, but I need to have a serial number of my laptop to do that. Unfortunately I don't remember S/N but I have a picture of RAM slot with some stickers which contain some numbers.

Could you please help me to find the sense of each number. And is it possible to recover the serial number of the laptop using this information?

Thanks.

Here is a picture on dropbox

Where it says "MAC: E89A...", that's probably your Ethernet MAC address, which they might be able to use.

If you have a photo of the board to the left (which is your WiFi card), that's also got a MAC address.

Whole system serial might be on the same sticker as the Ethernet MAC, or not. Should also be on the box if you've still got it.

Yes, mac address is also useful.
What about QTAGDCB2200419 and 31BLCMB0050 ?

Google says that 31BLCMB0050 is a Vendor Nr. May that number have a duplicate on the back side of the laptop?
