Toshiba Screen Flickering

This problem started out of the blue. I don't know if it's the ribbon or the screen. When I connect my laptop to an external monitor it doesn't shows it only in the laptop screen. What do you guys recommend?

I had the same problem with my toshiba! I checked the contacts on the ribbon cable, and while i was in there, i checked the screen was properly aligned, but unfortunately, I could not find any alternative but to replace the screen. I think this is the same diagnosis.
I found an aftermarket replacement on Ebay and it was very cheap. Has been working for about 3 years since with no problem!

DECENT aftermarket parts can be very affordable, much cheaper than OEM parts.
