Toshiba services station

I am getting this thing popping on my screen toshiba service station has stopped working. what is this all about

Start>Run> [type] msconfig (click ok)
Go to the Startup tab
[Deselect] TOSHIBA Service Station
[Click] Apply> [Click] Ok
Restart.
