I bought this march 2012,I have not used it as I am having a problem trying to get recoery media creator.

Hang on a second, if you bought the laptop it should of come with them pre installed on the laptop, or via cd/dvd disk. Its a back up program and image suite. You can find it to download.

Once you have that malware you cannot create the system recovery media any more.
