Toshiba TV appear 'unsupported file' for the videos from USB

My toshiba tv appear 'unsorported file' for the USB video which i have played it before. I also cannot play all format of video since then. Have any idea why?

Hi badeu_kda.

Try reformatting the USB drive. You could also try different file systems - NTFS, FAT32, exFAT, to see if the same thing happens. Try a different USB mass storage device as well. If the TV has the option to update its firmware, try doing that as well.
You could also get in touch with the TV manufacturer's customer support to see if there's something else you could try.
