Toshiba TV

Hello,
I bought toshiba 32 inch TV, and I would like to hook up external speakers to it. I cant find RCA female plugs to plug in speakers, any help would be appreciate

Well for us to better help ya, provide the exact model of TV : also read the manual - does it state "audio out" at the back of TV? It should be red/white analog out
