Toshiba Windows Vista Recovery Download

I lost my hard drive. I had win home vista. Toshiba does not have a backup for the pc cause it came from canada but purchased in the U.S A friend got the p.c back up but it wantss the prouct code and have 100 days to put it in. I can't find windows home vista to purchase everyone has win 7

It wouldn't matter even if you could find it, that product code would not work with a retail disc. You will need to contact Toshiba and get a copy of the restore media from them. It is not available for download, you will have to buy it off Toshiba.
