What exactly makes Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR3L-1600 SODIMM, CT2KIT204864BF160B, incompatible with Toshiba Satellite P855-S5200?

Appreciate your time to try and help Scout. Sorry, I don't see how either link provides solution. Crucial states the 32 GB Kit is incompatible. They state the mfr maximum supported is 8 GB per slot. I am trying to get to why this may be true or not. Tried looking at Toshiba web (not helpful) and calling them, but after being on a wait loop for 30 minutes I gave up today. If the instruction set within the BIOS, or the MB firmware doesn't have a hard coded limit, then I believe the system can handle this much RAM but would like a technical reference before I spend any hard earned $ on the RAM.

it will but only with the ram from the first link the other wont work .
