Toslink Optical bracket - A question of power

I'm looking to get to toslink optical on a PCI bracket such as this one from ebay:

The problem I have is the spdif header on the motherboard does not have a +5V pin, does anyone have any experience with a similar problem. I wondered if the +5V on spare molex would do?

Kinda rare the absence of the 5 volts but if is true is better to get the power from a USB header. It should have the same electrical ground

This link shows the board (not my pic), bottom left shows the spdif out - but no +5V.
